Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns. Orders once placed are final.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
What are the exchange conditions?
- Item must be unused & unwashed
- Original packaging and tags intact
- Order ID proof provided
How do I request an exchange?

Who pays for return shipping?
- If the mistake is ours (wrong/damaged product) – we cover shipping.
- Otherwise, customer bears return shipping charges.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No, cancellations are not possible after confirmation.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds—only exchanges for defective/incorrect items.
How long does an exchange take?
Replacement is shipped within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
What if the replacement product is unavailable?
We’ll help you select another item of equal value.
